A: This year the festival will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2017
Q: What are the times?
A: The Festival Starts at 1pm and ends at 6pm on Sunday.
There will be a concert inside the Will Rogers Theatre at 6:30PM. This is a ticketed event (Tickets will be available for purchase at the door and here: http://wizardsonwestern.com/tickets/)
Q: Where is the Festival being held?
A: The festival is along Western avenue from NW 39th to NW 44th street.
We are also hosting activities in Memorial Park Located at NW 36th street between Western Ave and Classen Blvd.
*We will have crosswalk attendance at the corner of 36th and Western for your safety when heading up to the street festival. Please do not cross at other non crosswalk locations.
Q: How much does it cost to attend the Festival?
A: The Festival is Free to attend.
There will be non-profit booths that will have items to purchase and taking donations for activities, small local vendors selling their goods, plus lots of free photo ops and plenty of Potter fans to mingle with .
Note: Please bring cash for donations and quick purchases. Most vendors, shops, food trucks and restaurants will be able to accept credit cards. There will be a few ticketed events, including Triwizard Trivia and a concert inside the Will Rogers Theatre (tickets will be available for purchase at the door as well as here: http://wizardsonwestern.com/tickets/)
Q: Where do I park?
A: We will have Shuttles from multiple locations. *Map with locations soon to come.
*There will be Paid Parking (all proceeds for charity) available at Westminster Church located at NW44th and Shartel only blocks from festival.
*Parking lots along Classen Blvd only blocks from festival.
*There will be limited on street parking. ****Please respect our neighbors and if you do choose to park on neighborhood streets make sure to abide by the parking signs, Do not block driveways or trap other cars by parking too close. We do not have sidewalks on most streets and we ask for you to stay off lawns when making your way to the festival.
